The candidate must demonstrate knowledge and necessary skills of daily office procedures. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to multi-task with distractions. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform accurate data entry, handle telephone calls and email; act on routine requests. Maintain and update company database and marketing lists. Requires proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word. Must have the willingness and ability to learn. Possibility exists for monthly bonuses and raises as responsibility increases.
